The Blok restaurant traditionally dedicated its summer cocktail menu to the culture and art of the late 19th – early 20th centuries in Russia.
The interior of the “Block” is made in the style of the avant-garde, the walls above the bar are decorated with a trellis hanging of digital paintings by Cubo-Futurists and representatives of the “Jack of Diamonds” artist association. It was the “carpet” method of arranging paintings that was popular among collectors of the last century. This became the main theme around which the team of bartenders built the narrative of the new bar menu, presenting 4 signature cocktails with references to famous patrons and collectors of Russian and European art of the early 20th century:
Michelle - a light floral cocktail made with gin, Thai herbs and prosecco.
Girshman is a bright cocktail with a rich taste of ripe peach and lychee, thick creamy foam* with tones of berry onion.
Fleece is a thin and elegant refreshing cocktail based on Riesling and coconut rum, the taste reveals tones of garden strawberries and feijoa.
The Black Prince is a strict cocktail based on bourbon and island Scotch whiskey. Served with black ginger biscotti (soaked with peated whiskey).
