For the Easter holiday, the Block restaurant prepares two types of pies:
– a traditional pie made of tender dough with a filling of candied fruits soaked in cognac and raisins, topped with a lush meringue;
– pistachio cake with delicate custard based on pistachio paste and chopped pistachios with a cap of burnt meringue. Both cakes are decorated with a wicker nest and dark chocolate eggs.
For greater splendor, the cupcake is infused for five hours, and then baked in a hearth oven, repeating the ancient Russian customs of cooking cakes.
Three options are available for pre-order:
Traditional cake, 500 grams – 900 rubles, 1 kilogram – 1500 rubles. Pistachio cake with custard, 600 grams – 2100 rubles.
