Especially in honor of the collaboration with the Massandra winery, the pastry chef of the Blok restaurant created an almond dessert with jasmine and spicy prunes. As an accompaniment, we offer one of three wines to choose from:
- Dessert Madeira, which will emphasize almond and nut tones, a harmonious and equal combination as a whole;
- White Muscat from Red Stone – a floral and lush combination, the taste and aroma are dominated by tones of jasmine, honey and citrus;
- Port Livadia, a deep and “warm” combination, spicy prunes become even brighter, leaving an aftertaste of nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves.
