The menu includes 6 courses, the concept of which is built around literary movements of the late 19th - early 20th centuries. The chefs have put together the favorite dishes of writers and poets of those times: A.P. Chekhov, M.A. Bulgakov, Teffi, etc. During the event, each course will be accompanied by a quote from the works that Evgeny Zubov and Alexey Alekseev were inspired by when creating dishes. Guests will be treated to a rethinking of established products in Russian literature and an original presentation from a tandem of chefs who have been actively developing the direction of Russian cuisine for several years.
